CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation will ONLY be valid for a period from Monday to Friday between June 23 and August 15, 2025.
Options that include more than one child are ONLY valid for siblings. Verification will be carried out.
At any time, the user may withdraw from the requested or contracted services, with the right to a partial refund of the amounts paid, but must compensate the organizing company with the amounts indicated below:
25% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations made 15 days before the start of the scheduled activities and/or contracted services.
50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations made one week before the start of the scheduled activities and/or contracted services.
100% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations made within the same week that the activities and/or contracted services are scheduled.
No refund will be made for services voluntarily not used by the user.
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to receive communications from Holiday World Resort.
The reservation can be canceled/modified by calling the phone number 952 57 97 97 or by writing to recepcion.beachclub@holidayworld.es at least 2 days in advance and subject to availability.
