CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation will ONLY be valid for a period from Monday to Friday between April 14th and 18th, 2025. Options that include more than 1 child are ONLY valid for siblings. Verification will be carried out. At any time, the user can withdraw from the requested or contracted services, having the right to a proportional refund of the amounts paid, but must indemnify the organizing company in the amounts indicated below:  

 
25% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations fifteen days before the start of the contracted activities and/or services.
50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations one week before the start of the contracted activities and/or services.    
100% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations made in the same week in which the contracted activities and/or services are scheduled. No refund will be made for services not used voluntarily by the user.    
By accepting these terms, the client agrees to receive communications from Holiday World Resort. The reservation day can be canceled/modified by calling the phone number 952 57 97 97 or by writing to recepcion.beachclub@holidayworld.es at least 2 days in advance and subject to availability.
