CANCELLATION POLICY
To guarantee your place, it is essential that you fill out the registration form here: https://www.holidayworld.es/es/inscripcion-ninos/
The reservation will ONLY be valid for a period from Monday to Friday between June 24 and August 16, 2024.
Options that include more than 1 child are ONLY valid for siblings. A verification will be required.
At any time, the user can withdraw from the requested or contracted services, having the right to a percentage refund of the amounts that they had paid, but having to indemnify the organizing company in the amounts indicated below:
- 25% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations fifteen days before the start of the contracted activities and/or services.
- 50% OF THE TOTAL OF THE RESERVATION: cancellations one week before the start of the activities and/or contracted services.
- 100% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION: cancellations made in the same week in which the contracted activities and/or services are scheduled.
No refund will be made for services not used voluntarily by the user.
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to receive communications from Holiday World Resort.
Cancellations/changes can be made on the day of booking by calling 952 57 97 97 or writing to recepcion.beachclub@holidayworld.es at least 2 days in advance and subject to availability.
